Community Vaccine & Wellness Day – This Thursday, October 15!
The San Geronimo Valley Community Center invites you to our Community Vaccine & Wellness Day on Thursday, October 15, from 3–6 PM at the San Geronimo Valley Community Gym!
Caring for the health and well-being of our school community and neighbors is an important part of the work that we do. We know how busy family schedules can be, so we're excited to bring convenient, preventative healthcare services right here to the Valley, with afternoon hours that make it easy to stop by after school.
Services available include:
Vaccines
Blood pressure screenings
Vision screenings
Mental health screenings for seniors
All are welcome!
This event is a collaborative effort of the West Marin Community Resiliency Team (CRT), made possible by a wonderful network of community partners.
We encourage families to stop by after school, take advantage of these services, and help spread the word to friends, neighbors, and grandparents!
