Human Resources

The Human Resources Department provides a wide range of services in our small district. HR oversees the listing of employment opportunities and coordinates the application process for new hires, coordinates with administration and labor leaders to update job descriptions, and certifies that all processes are California Labor Code compliant.

Most of all, Human Resources exists to provide support for current staff in the form of benefit and salary information, substitute teacher procurement, and personnel file tracking.

HR works closely with the Business Office to ensure smoothly functioning district operations.
