10:00 AM — Registration opens & FREE pancake breakfast
11:00 AM — Opening ceremonies, Village Anthem & Parade
11:30 AM — Games begin!

12:00 PM — Cupcake Baking Contest Judging!
Bring a dozen large cupcakes or two dozen mini cupcakes. All ages can compete, and every entry earns points for your village!
Winners will be announced at the medal ceremony.
Lunch available for purchase from Lagunitas General Store.
1:30–1:45 PM — Final: Village Freeze Dance
1:45 PM — World Record Conga Line to the Community Center Courtyard
2:00 PM — Closing Ceremonies & Medal Ceremony
3:00–6:00 PM — New Monsoon Concert in the Community Center Courtyard! (Refreshments provided by Lagunitas 8th grade students (proceeds to Civil Rights trip in Spring 2027)
Calling all bakers! Want to be a judge? Sign up at registration for the $10 judging fee. Judging begins promptly at noon.
