The SELPA office will be holding its annual public meeting on May 24, 2023, to fulfill the CDE requirement to have the SELPA’s Annual Budget and Service Plans adopted at a public hearing as outlined in California Education Code Section 56205.
The attached notice of the SELPA’s public hearing needs to be publicly posted within your district (inclusion on the district website also fully meets the obligation) at least 15 calendar days prior to the May 24, 2023, public hearing.
